Stock reports via PDA, enabling clients to check:
1. Products on the shop floor in any individual store
2. Products out of stock, in any individual store
3. The products missing from the shop floor and what action Beyond The Box took to resolve the issue, for example:
- Put on to shop floor, manager informed of stock presence etc
- POS placement - clients are able to see which stores have been merchandised and when
Reporting on 'competitor activity'
Clients can receive feedback on competitor activity, meaning they are able to react quickly to any changes in the market place by having immediate access to:
- Competitor price changes on the day/at the time they happen
- Information about new products as they appear on the shop floor
- Competitor POS information on the day it is placed in store
- Incentives offered by competitors
Reporting on retail store visits
Clients can check:
- How many stores have been visited (daily, weekly, monthly or annually)
- A diary of planned visits to identify when a particular store is due to be visited.
- Historical store information

PDA reporting provides a 'snap shot' of any individual store, enabling the analysis and cross reference of information should there be any issues e.g. under performance.
You have access to:
- The number of visits the store has received throughout the year
- Date of each visit
- How many people have been trained in that store and on what products
All information is presented in Excel format, so can easily be exported into a report in accordance with each client's own presentation formats.
