
Field Marketing for Sennheiser
Brief
- To undertake comprehensive and effective product training on the Sennheiser range of products and develop sales skills in a number of leading stores
Approach
- Beyond The Box provided a team of three full time and two part time trainers specifically for this project
- They in turn delivered training on Sennheiser products and sales skills to the following stores:
Comet, Dixons, HMV, John Lewis, Maplin - The training was designed to be fun and interactive and enabled the delegates to fully experience the amazing quality of the Sennheiser range
- Dare To Compare’ campaigns were delivered across the country where customers were invited to compare their own headphones with Sennheiser
Results
- Over a 6 month period 610 store visits made and 1,267 persons trained
- Brand Ambassadors were appointed in 94 stores achieving Silver or Gold status
- Sales increased as a result of the Dare to Compare campaign and further raised the profile of the brand in store with staff and customers
