Enhancing Communication Through NLP

Indesit Company is a top three European household appliance manufacturer, with brands such as Indesit, Ariston and Hotpoint. They recognised the importance of NLP in increasing the effectiveness of their sales force.

Indesit Company asked Beyond The Box Ltd, who specialise in NLP training, to develop and host a course on ‘Communication in the Workplace’.

This course proved so successful that Indesit Company then commissioned a series of basic and advanced communication training programmes. The programmes covered the key elements of communication and reviewed its importance in the workplace (most companies cite lack of communication as a key issue of concern).

Beyond The Box looked at how communication takes place and how it could be made more effective. The training took into account the (then) increasingly important channels of contact such as Email and text messaging. They also investigated how these channels could be maximised as cost -effective and timely methods to add value to the communication process.
