Interactive training increased retail electrical sales

Beyond The Box Ltd were commissioned to design a field sales training programme for vacuum cleaners and deliver it nationwide to the sales staff of a major national retailer.
A highly interactive training programme was created that generated an upturn in sales over the following months. Equally important, was the rise seen in the value of the average retail selling price of the vacuum cleaners, which meant a greater profit on units sold. The training took place throughout the month of June.
