Headed up by Christine Knott, the Beyond The Box management team is dedicated to ensuring that clients are able to continually draw from a rich resource of high quality advice, training and support - and in doing so, make training a life changing experience and the benchmark standard in people and product training.
To this end, Christine and her team have created a powerful training formula based around the delivery of bespoke interactive, visual and auditory based training solutions, a formula which is now used throughout the company to produce tangible positive outcomes for a business and its staff that lasts way beyond the lifecycle of the training.

Over 25 years designing and delivering creative and successful training packages as a Senior Training Manager for blue chip organisations equipped Christine Knott with the knowledge, experience and passion that ultimately led to her wanting to help and benefit other companies. Driven by this desire, Christine set up Beyond The Box Limited in 1999, and has since then grown the brand into one of the most innovative, successful and respected training companies in the UK.Sue Abbiss, Head of Field Marketing

With more than 15 years in field based training design, delivery and management, Sue provides many years of strategic management experience and now heads up Beyond The Box's field marketing provision within the UK. Highly organised and operationally focused, Sue is responsible for the support, monitoring, performance evaluation and reporting on all delivery. As such, she works closely with client sales and marketing teams in the sharing of data and experience based learning to improve efficiency and results on the sales floor.Dawn Roberts, Head of Training

Dawn brings in excess of 19 years Customer Service experience across all operational levels including Training Manager in a workforce of over 700. Her dedication and passion for the customer, combined with her positive and motivating manner and a fast creative mind, is recognised as being one of the contributing factors behind the success of Beyond The Box's trademark training solutions. Dawn employs a holistic approach to training design and delivery, utilising her many years of experience to devise appropriate solutions aligned to the very specific needs of the client.Sean Adams, Head of Promotional Activity 
Sean has over 20 years experience within the design and manufacture of bespoke POS and POP materials and assets. In this time has consistently supplied innovative solutions that both lift brand presence & increase sales within the trade & retail environments. Clients such as Scottish Courage, Diageo, Vivalis, Lever Faberge, Makro and Warburtons have all commissioned his abilities - from simple card based POS solutions through to electronic fully-interactive in-store screens.
