Christine Knott, Managing Director and Training Principle
Designing and delivering creative and successful training packages as a Senior Training Manager for blue chip organisations equipped Christine Knott with the knowledge and experience that ultimately led to her wanting to help and benefit other companies.
Driven by this desire, Christine set up Beyond The Box Limited in 1999 as a training company that would deliver interactive, visual and auditory based training solutions which would have a tangible positive impact on a business and its staff, way beyond the lifecycle of the training's delivery.
Over the last eight years, Beyond The Box Ltd has developed an industry-proven reputation for delivering training that achieves objectives by either seeing an increase in sales or performance, or in tangible cost reductions. Our successes to date are due to our sensitivity, dedication, expertise and outgoing personalities as Training Specialists, working in a diverse range of industries and environments.
Christine's qualifications include:
- Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD): Diploma
- Master Practitioner: Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP)
- Institute of Industrial Management: Diploma
- London College of Music (Speech & Drama): Diploma
- 20 years as an applied training practitioner
